Your order will be delivered by Registered Post Services provided by Australia Post.

Australian Orders:
$10 for orders under $80, FREE for orders $80 or more.

Do We Delivery To Post Office Boxes?
YES! We deliver to ALL addresses including Post Office Box's or C/- your local Post Office.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 7 working days of receiving your payment. Please allow an extra 5 working days for cheque payments to clear into our account. We will contact you if there are any delays with your order, by email or discreetly by telephone.

Returns:
Please choose very carefully before placing your order as we can not accept returns because you have changed your mind. If you require assistance with your choice please feel free to contact us.

Australia post will hold parcels for 7 days then return them to sender. If parcels get returned to us we will only repost it at buyers cost. Refunding orders will not be accepted.

Refunds:
Please choose carefully as we do not accept refunds because you have changed your mind. Refunds will only be given if you order can not be delievered within 7-14 working days.
